Booking Policies

To keep things fair and running smoothly for everyone, please review my policies before booking.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your total service cost.

For bridal parties of 4 or more, a $100 deposit is required.

Deposits can be paid via Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp.

Cancellations

  • More than 48 hours notice: Deposit can be applied to a rescheduled appointment.

  • Less than 48 hours notice: Deposit is forfeited.

  • No-shows: Deposit is forfeited and future bookings will require full prepayment.

Life happens — just communicate with me and we'll figure it out.

Late Arrivals

If you're running late, please let me know ASAP. I'll do my best to accommodate, but appointments that start late may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

For bridal and group bookings, late arrivals may affect the schedule for the entire party.

Travel Policy

Standard Service Area (No Travel Fee) Nassau County and Western Suffolk County

Extended Travel Fee

  • Eastern Suffolk County: +$25

  • Queens & Brooklyn: +$30

  • NYC (Manhattan, Bronx, Staten Island): +$50

  • Outside these areas: Contact me for availability and pricing

Travel fees are added to your service total and are non-refundable.

Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of my services, refunds are not offered once services are rendered. If you have concerns during your appointment, please speak up so I can make it right on the spot.

Payment

Payment is due at the end of your appointment unless otherwise arranged.

Accepted forms of payment:

  • Cash

  • Venmo

  • Zelle

  • CashApp

Additional Notes

  • Pricing is finalized after consultation. Quotes are based on the information you provide — if your hair length, type, or needs differ significantly, pricing may be adjusted.

  • For bridal bookings, trials are strongly recommended and are a separate service.

  • Please have your hair clean and dry (unless otherwise discussed) before styling appointments.
